JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team! We need a motivated individual ready to professionally and efficiently install luxury outdoor living spaces.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for directing and completing the installation of hardscapes, decks, retaining walls, and plantings.
- Responsible for ensuring that project completion deadlines are met.
- Responsible for guaranteeing that safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Responsible for operating equipment.
- Ensuring install technicians safely operate equipment such as skidsteers, bed edgers, company vehicles, dump trailers, tractors, power tools, and hand tools.
- Responsible for leading a team of landscape technicians by assigning daily tasks.
- Effectively interpreting landscape design layouts.
- Ensuring job sites are safe, organized, and clean.
- Responsible for completing project paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years landscape installation foreman experience OR 3-4 years of professional landscape/hardscape installation experience
- Class D Driver's License - Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped)
- Excellent to clean driving record
- High school diploma required.
- Must be able to work within the US.
- Experience with equipment (such as skid-steer, mini-ex, power tools, truck/trailer, etc.)
- Independent and reliable transportation
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for 100% of the day.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75lbs up to 50% of the day.
- Ability to comply with all company safety policies.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
